  I took my daughter here to get her shots for kindergarten. I first walked up and asked them for their fax number so I could get her shot record faxed from Florida. The lady was incredibly bothered but me bothering her to ask for it.
  
  After waiting aproximetly 35 min for them to tell me if they have received it I approached the window to ask and she rudely told me not to touch her window. (Noted that I touched her window because I stood there while she ignored me for a couple minutes)
  
  Extremely long wait to just get two shots done. And horrible costumer service. I prefer to may more somewhere else then coming back here and feel mistreated and under aprushiated.
