  I have been purchasing Caladium bulbs (Jumbos and #1's mostly) from Classic Caladiums for about 4 years. The performance of each variety I have planted has been superb. Some of their new cultivars from the 'Sun Series' collection have excelled in tough conditions like 5 hours of direct sun and only rainfall irrigation during Florida's hottest summer season. I'm excited about what Classic is doing for the industry by creating hardy new cultivars.
  
  Not only is their product superior to other companies I've ordered from in the past, their customer service is outstanding. The management and service representatives have always gone out of their way to answer every question and fill every order with the utmost courtesy. I've requested varieties of Caladiums that weren't displayed on their website and they have even managed to come up with at least a few of whatever bulbs I've asked for to send to me. The shipping is extremely fast for prompt delivery. I really like the fact that my credit card isn't charged until my order is shipped, because often I order early in the season to reserve my favorites and have them shipped a few months later.
  
  Every experience with Classic Caladiums reminds me of dealing with a small town American business that really cares about me as a customer. I will continue to purchase my Caladium bulbs from Classic Caladiums because I know the great quality that comes in each box shipped directly to my doorstep.

  SAD! This is the worst Caladium Company experience among the three companies I have dealt with, yet maybe my expectations were too high. CEO, Dr. Robert Hartman talks a good game, but They NEVER reply to emails ( sent to emails to everyone in their contact page and not 1 person replied) and only replied after I placed an order, but otherwise they will just ignore any questions or issues you have I assume. What a shame, as I order thousands of bulbs each year. Their website is also never properly updated and contains so many errors. Some of the bulbs that just came had soft yellow rotten spots, otherwise they just looked desiccated with few eyes. The sizes were not labeled, and one bag didn't even have a label to it at all? They sent planting info for the wrong Zone. The box only weighed 10 pounds, whereas another companies two boxes weighed 70 pounds for half the price! Terrible rip-off business.
